Dear Staff:
I was a patient at The Forwood Manor Health Center for two months this summer. Thank you for all the excellent and professional treatment you gave me.
I wish to thank Pam who welcomed me, even hauling a TV set to the room herself. I also appreciate her thoughtfulness as she set up special dinner arrangements and helped me obtain a card and gift for my wife on our anniversary two days after I arrived.
A very special thank you goes to the therapists who helped make enjoyable my road to overcoming my surgery imposed limitations. Those include Mike, Stacy, Michelle, Mark, Christine, Mike the OT (who was particularly helpful) and all the others whose names I may have forgotten.
Next, I wish to thank all the nurses and LPNs for their attention to my meds as well as all of the other things they did to make my stay most pleasant. These include Dana, Shaddrack, Pam, Fanta, and Allen. I know there are others whose names I forgot or never knew, such as the nurse who rescued us from the nine o’clock curfew when the bell we were ringing sounded like all of the other patients’ call systems that were also ringing.
Then, I want to thank all the staff including all techs, assistants techs, CNA’s and others, including, but not limited to: Lucie, Marsia, Debese, and Chro who gave me showers and made my bed and the person who not only cleaned my room but helped me follow the instructions of the speech therapist.
Also, a thank you goes to all of the staff of the dining hall of Aspen corridor, including Milicia and Shoa. Further, I thank the cooking staff responsible for producing all of the fine lunches and dinners, especially the delicious soups and desserts.
Again, my great appreciation goes to all the Forwood Manor staff that helped me recuperate from back surgery this summer.
